The music tycoon organized an extravagant carnival-themed extravaganza at Marlins Park in Miami to commemorate his son’s second birthday on Saturday. Beyond just being a celebration for Asahd’s birthday, the event also served as the launch pad for the young one’s initial philanthropic endeavor.
Asahd’s Initiative, a program affiliated with Khaled’s We The Best Foundation, aims to enhance the lives of children by offering financial support to programs concentrating on community needs, family values, and youth entrepreneurship. Although the initiative will extend its contributions nationwide, it will particularly emphasize Miami, where the renowned family resides.
In alignment with the generous atmosphere of the occasion, over 250 children from various community organizations were invited to join in the festivities with Asahd.
The former New York Yankees player and current CEO of the Miami Marlins personally handed Asahd a $100,000 check on behalf of the Marlins and an additional $10,000 from Cybex, a stroller manufacturing company.
While introducing his charitable initiative stands as a significant gift, the birthday celebrant was also surprised with his very own Ferrari car—complete with a matching stroller.
