The Italian-style home has as much history as it does style. It was formerly owned by Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone, who, according to property records, built the home after purchasing the land in 1994.

Stallone even dubbed the residence — which was designed by Richard Landry — “the house that Rocky built”.
