The size of the Carters’s new home is no joke: it consists of six “structures” and boasts 30,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 10,000 square feet of outdoor space.

There’s also a spa and wellness center, a media facility, a basketball court, a 15-car garage and four outdoor swimming pools. The family of five will be able to admire the panoramic views from inside the house, but don’t worry—the glass doors and windows are bullet-proof.

The 40,000 square foot residence was designed by iconic Japanese architect Tadao Ando.

If the price is recorded and confirmed, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s $90 million purchase will mark the priciest real estate transaction in Los Angeles County this year, the LA Times reports. But the Carters aren’t new to expensive homes—they most recently rented a $400,000-a-month Malibu mansion, which they lived in after welcoming their twins Rumi and Sir in June.
