Tennis superstars Serena and Venus Williams’ former Los Angeles home is back up for grabs, but this time with a much steeper price tag.
According to TMZ, the sisters purchased the Woodlands Hills property in 2005 for their mother and coach, Oracene Price. That year, both Venus and Serena dominated the tennis world, with Venus winning Wimbledon and Serena conquering the Australian Open.
Price reportedly lived in the mansion until 2019, when it was sold for under $2 million. However, the property has returned to the market with a significantly higher asking price of $4.649 million according to a listing by Figure 8 Realty.
The luxurious 7-bedroom home boasts complete privacy with full gating on a spacious 1.4-acre lot. The listing describes the property as being “surrounded by towering palms and manicured landscaping.”
